Google One App Removes Support Tab: What It Means for Users
The Google One app has recently undergone an update, and users are surprised to find that the ‘Support’ tab has been removed. This tab provided direct access to customer service via phone, chat, and email. The removal of this tab has left users with only three primary options: ‘Home,’ ‘Storage,’ and ‘Benefits.’

Earlier, the ‘Support’ tab offered a direct line to Google One customer service through phone, chat, and email. It also included features like ‘Explore Pro Sessions’ for personalized guidance and ‘Review your support history’ for tracking past inquiries.

Although the tab is gone, Google One support hasn’t disappeared entirely. Users can still access support through a more hidden route. To do so, they need to:
- Open the navigation drawer (the three horizontal lines on the top left corner)
- Tap ‘Help’
- Select ‘Contact Us’
