I recently had the opportunity to take the mid-size crossover SUV for a spin, and it’s an option worth considering if you’re in the market for a more conventional look.

Those jet engine-styled vents are not only stunning but also functional.
The bold red and black trimmed seats are incredibly comfortable.
Efficiency-wise, the Blazer EV exceeded my expectations.

Room for Improvement

Unfortunately, the Blazer EV lacks Android Auto and CarPlay, which might be a deal-breaker for some users.
The smart cruise control system doesn’t automatically steer the wheel to keep it centered in the lane.
I found the cruise control to be overly aggressive with its acceleration.

The Verdict

Despite its higher sticker price, now might be the perfect time to consider purchasing the 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV RS AWD. With the 2025 models on the horizon, prices for the 2024 models are likely to drop. In fact, I found the same trim selling for as low as $45,000 at local dealerships.
